​I. Set Up

A green screen backdrop will be provided with a 8x8ft dimension. The space from the booth to the backdrop should be at least 4-5 ft. The printer will be across using a table that we will provide. 

​II. Photo Layout

We created a unique Photo Layout for still images, animated GIFS and Boomerangs with the layout containing the setting of the celebration so that once uploaded to social media, it can represent the celebration with Custom Logo and possibly adding more details.

III. Interactive Photo Experience 

ANIMATED GIFS WITH THREE PHOTOS- Mini video clip shown as a slide show. Using GIF or MP4 formats. 
BOOMERANG- Boomerang works by taking a super short, super fast burst of photos and stitching them together into a mini video t plays forward and backward and forward and backward and—well, you get the idea.

IV. Microsite and Email

Microsites are included in our Photo Activation Packages to direct users to a specific brand website link. They can view their photos and download them directly from this microsite. Once they enter their phone number or email, they will receive a message directing them to this microsite. These microsites can be edited in different layouts and contain the logo of your company as seen in this layout below. We usually add our logo in the bottom so they can be directed to the gallery from the event. 
This is how the Microsite will look like for the event. Please let us know if you want any changes. 

EMAIL SUBJECT 

Guests will receive an email message when they enter their email. We will need the FROM Message and the EMAIL Subject. In this example, we have the From as Dev Color 2019 and the Subject is Your Facebook Photo. Please let us know if you want this changed for the event.

EMAIL BODY

 An EMAIL is sent with different layouts that will include a header, footer and body. These headers can have a link that users can be directed to, such as your website or any marketing link for your company. ​Please let us know what message/ wording we can add in the Email Body. 

 Text Message: Your Facebook Photo

Guests will receive a text message similar to the message below. Once they click the link they will be directed to the Microsite and have the option to download their photos/ video.
